Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with PureDCP for the processing and production of materials and files, you are entering into a binding agreement governed by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Should you disagree with any part of these Terms, refrain from accessing our services.

2. Payment and Delivery Obligations

You agree to fulfill payment obligations promptly upon receipt of the invoice, either at the point of pick-up/delivery of your DCP or beforehand. Any outstanding dues must be settled prior to departure from the PureDCP premises or before remote upload/shipping of the DCP.

3. Material Integrity

You acknowledge that all materials provided to PureDCP must be in optimal working condition and must not pose any risk of damage to PureDCP equipment or facilities. It is your responsibility to ensure the return of all provided materials at the time of pick-up.

4. Compatibility Assurance

PureDCP bears no responsibility for compatibility issues arising from inadequate information provided in the submission or undisclosed server/projector configurations at the venue.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are granted solely in cases where the DCP file fails to play correctly during screening due to specific rendering, CPL, or Asset map issues. Reimbursements are contingent upon verification using our validation system against the provided validation report.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are solely accountable for the condition, content, length, and size of the source files provided. PureDCP assumes no obligation to test or scrutinize source files unless they contain illegal content.

7. Limitation of Liability

PureDCP disclaims liability for damages arising from screening cancellations, festival applications, or any physical or non-physical damages to servers, projectors, or venue infrastructure.
